ST. ALBANS, Vt. (AP) — A Vermont prison inmate has been charged with grabbing a corrections officer and spitting in the face of another.
Twenty-eight-year-old Adam Rheaume (RAY’-oom) is in an inmate at the Northwest State Correctional Facility in Swanton.
